The Three Things That Matter Most About How Solt Handles Your Data

We Collect Only What We Need
Solt does not collect data beyond what is genuinely necessary for operating your account, processing payments and meeting legal obligations.
We Never Sell Your Data
Your personal information is not a product at Solt. We do not sell, rent or trade your data to marketing companies or data brokers.
You Are in Control
You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections or request deletion at any time by contacting Solt support.

Six Ways Solt Protects Your Privacy Every Day

These are not policies written in fine print — they are active technical and operational practices that Solt applies to every account, every transaction and every interaction on the platform.

End-to-End Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and Solt's servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols. Your login credentials, payment details and personal information are never transmitted in plain text.
Payment Data Never Stored
Solt does not store your full payment credentials. When you deposit via Easypaisa, JazzCash or card, the transaction is processed by the payment provider directly. Solt receives only a transaction confirmation — not your full wallet or card details.
Access Controls on Staff
Solt's internal staff access to player personal data is role-restricted. Only staff members who require access to your data to perform their specific function can see it, and all access is logged for audit purposes.
No Selling to Third Parties
Solt does not sell, rent, share or trade your personal data with marketers, data brokers or advertising networks. The only third parties that receive any of your data are those directly required for platform operation — payment processors, identity verification services and game providers.
Data Retention Limits
Solt retains your personal data only for as long as is necessary for legal, operational and financial compliance purposes. Once the retention period ends, your data is securely deleted from Solt's systems. See Section 7 for full retention schedules.
Your Rights, Clearly Stated
You have the right to access a copy of your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion and object to certain uses of your data. Solt will respond to these requests within 30 days. Contact support@solt.bet to make a request.

The Solt platform is operated specifically for users in Pakistan. Your personal data is processed in the context of providing an online gaming service to Pakistani residents, and this policy reflects that context.

4

Legal Basis for Processing Your Data

Solt processes your personal data on the following legal grounds depending on the specific processing activity:

  • Contractual necessity: Processing required to fulfil the terms of our agreement with you — including operating your account, processing transactions and providing access to games. Without this processing, Solt cannot provide the service to you.
  • Legal obligation: Processing required by applicable law, including identity verification for financial transactions, anti-money laundering compliance and responsible gaming obligations.
  • Legitimate interests: Processing carried out to protect the security of the Solt platform, detect fraud, prevent abuse and improve our service — provided our legitimate interests do not override your rights and freedoms.
  • Consent: Processing for marketing communications and optional analytics features. Where consent is the legal basis, you have the right to withdraw it at any time without affecting your ability to use Solt's services.
5

Third-Party Data Sharing

Solt shares personal data with third parties only where strictly necessary. The categories of third parties that may receive your data are:

  • Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and banking partners receive the data necessary to process your deposit or withdrawal — typically your registered mobile number or bank account number and the transaction amount.
  • Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC (Know Your Customer) services may receive your CNIC details and date of birth to perform identity verification checks as required by financial regulations.
  • Game providers: Providers such as Spribe, Pragmatic Play, BGaming and others that supply games available on Solt receive anonymised session data necessary to deliver their games — they do not receive your name, contact details or payment information.
  • Security and fraud prevention: Specialist services used to monitor for fraudulent account activity, bot usage and payment fraud may receive log data and transaction metadata. No personally identifying information beyond what is necessary is shared.

Solt does not share your data with: advertising networks, social media platforms, data brokers, marketing agencies or any other company whose purpose is to use your data for commercial gain unrelated to operating the Solt platform.

All third parties with whom Solt shares data are contractually bound to use that data only for the specific purpose for which it was shared and to maintain appropriate security standards. Solt does not transfer personal data to recipients outside of the regions where Solt operates without appropriate data transfer safeguards in place.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Solt uses cookies and similar technologies to make the platform work correctly, keep you logged in securely, and understand how the platform is being used so we can improve it. Here is a breakdown of the specific cookies Solt uses:

Solt does not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels that share your behaviour with external advertising networks. Optional analytics cookies can be declined without affecting your ability to use the platform. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings at any time.

7

Data Retention — How Long We Keep Your Information

Solt retains personal data only for as long as is genuinely necessary. Retention periods are determined by the purpose for which the data was collected and by applicable legal requirements.

  • Account data: Retained for the duration of your account's active period plus 5 years after account closure to meet financial record-keeping obligations.
  • Transaction records: Payment and transaction history is retained for 7 years following each transaction in line with standard financial compliance requirements.
  • Identity verification documents: CNIC copies and identity verification records are retained for 5 years after the last transaction on the account.
  • Customer support records: Support correspondence is retained for 3 years from the date of the interaction to allow for dispute resolution and quality review.
  • Gaming activity logs: Retained for 3 years for responsible gaming monitoring and fraud detection purposes.
  • Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your active consent plus 2 years after withdrawal, to evidence compliance with consent obligations.

When a retention period ends, your data is securely deleted from Solt's primary systems and from any backup systems within the next scheduled backup rotation cycle — typically within 90 days of the retention period expiring.

8

How Solt Keeps Your Data Secure

Protecting your personal data from unauthorised access, loss or theft is a core operational responsibility at Solt. The following security measures are in place:

  • TLS encryption on all data transmitted between your device and Solt's servers. All connections to solt.bet operate over HTTPS.
  • Password hashing: Your password is never stored in plain text. Solt stores only a one-way cryptographic hash of your password, meaning even Solt's own staff cannot see your actual password.
  • Two-factor authentication: Available on all Solt accounts and strongly recommended. When enabled, logging in requires both your password and a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number.
  • Role-based access controls: Solt staff access to player data is restricted to the minimum required to perform their specific job function. All access is logged and reviewed periodically.
  • Penetration testing: Solt engages third-party security professionals to conduct periodic assessments of the platform's security posture.
  • Incident response: Solt maintains a documented data breach response procedure. In the event of a breach that poses a risk to your rights, Solt will notify affected users without undue delay.

While Solt implements strong security measures, no internet-connected platform can guarantee absolute security. You play an important role in keeping your account secure — use a strong, unique password for your Solt account and never share your login credentials with anyone.

9

Children's Privacy

Solt is strictly an adults-only platform. No person under the age of 18 is permitted to register an account or participate in any real-money activity on Solt. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18 years of age.

If Solt discovers or has reason to believe that a user is under 18, the account will be immediately suspended and all data associated with the account will be reviewed. Any funds held in an under-age account will be handled in accordance with the process described in Solt's Terms and Conditions, and the personal data will be deleted or restricted to the minimum necessary for legal documentation of the incident.

If you believe that a minor has created an account on Solt, please contact us immediately at support@solt.bet so we can take action promptly.

11

Marketing Communications

Solt sends marketing communications — such as promotion announcements, bonus offers and game updates — only to players who have explicitly opted in to receive them. You can manage your marketing preferences from your account settings at any time.

Opting out is simple and immediate. You can unsubscribe from Solt marketing communications at any time by updating your notification preferences in your account settings or by replying "STOP" to any SMS communication from Solt. Opting out of marketing does not affect your ability to use the platform or receive transactional messages such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal notifications.

Solt's marketing communications are based on your account activity and game preferences. For example, a player who regularly plays crash games may receive notifications about new crash game releases or crash game tournaments. This personalisation is performed using data held within Solt's own systems and does not involve sharing your data with external advertising platforms.

12

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Solt may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, changes in applicable law or improvements to how we explain our practices. When material changes are made, Solt will notify registered players via an in-platform notification or email at least seven days before the updated policy takes effect.

The updated policy will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically so you remain informed about how Solt handles your personal data. Your continued use of the Solt platform after a policy update comes into effect constitutes your acknowledgement of the revised terms.

If you have questions about a change to this policy or want to understand what a specific change means for you, contact Solt support and we will explain it in plain language.
